STEP 2

海画廊からメール（または電話）での返答

作品の在庫や状態、プライスなど確認し、お客様へご連絡いたします。

STEP 3

注文、お支払い

ご注文はメール、ファックス、お電話で承っております。また、お支払い方法は銀行振込、代金引換、店頭でのお支払いの中からお選びいただけます。

STEP 4

発送

入金確認後に作品を発送いたします。
送料無料サービス：ご購入合計金額100,000円（税抜）以上（原則国内一箇所のみ）
大型作品および海外、沖縄、離島等一部地域への送料は、別途お見積もりの上ご連絡いたします。

返品について

運送時の商品の破損または注文と違う商品が到着の場合は、商品到着後7日以内に、該当箇所の画像を添付の上、メールにて弊社へご連絡ください。速やかに対応させていただきます。

Please fill in required information on the enquiry form. You can also enquire after other details such as availability, condition and price of the artwork on the same form.

STEP 2

Contact from Umi Gallery

We will e-mail you to confirm details such as availability, condition and price.

STEP 3

Order and Payment

We accept orders by e-mail or fax, and payments by bank transfer, payment-on-delivery service, and in-store payment.

STEP 4

Dispatch

We will dispatch your order after payment has cleared.
Free delivery：Most orders of ￥100,000 or more in total (before tax) qualify for free delivery if to the same address in Japan.
Delivery charges for oversized artworks, exceptional areas including abroad, Okinawa and remote islands, and/or multiple addresses will be calculated separately and notified to you.

Returning Orders

In the unlikely event of wrong delivery or damage in transit to the artwork(s), please contact us by e-mail within seven days of receiving the order, attaching photos showing the damage. We will do our utmost to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
